Great food takes a great team. Founder, Kathy Mukheibir and the Life & Fork family: Ntombi, Conrad, Ephie, Sibongile, Norman, Santjie, Pilot and Lauren have been working side-by-side for years. It’s this long-standing bond that brings consistency, soul and care to every batch of meals we cook. We are also thrilled to introduce our new Head Chef, Orion.

Through personal experience catering to her family with allergies, migraines, and stressed schedules, she saw the transformative power of food and mindful cooking.
