How do I place an order?
Simply shop our menu online and follow steps to checkout. You are also welcome to send us a mail (food@lifeandfork.co.za) or give us a call (011 463 1203)
Can I cancel or change my order?

Delivery:
What areas do you deliver to?
Johannesburg only.
When can I expect my delivery?
Orders generally take 24 - 48 hrs.
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
We will send you a message when your order is ready and arrange a suitable time with you.
Are Delivery costs included in the price?
No. Standard delivery will be added at checkout. There is no minimum order amount and free delivery for orders over over R1500.
Can I collect my order?
Definitely! We’re located in Bryanston at 37 Belgrave drive.
We are not a walk-in shop - please contact the office to arrange a suitable time.
How do you handle delivery for apartments or offices?
When we message you, you can let us know any specific instructions.

What ingredients do you use?
Fresh, quality goodness from local suppliers, frozen for your convenience. No nonsense additives!
Do you have options for various food allergens?
Yes. We have gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free options. Please check the ingredients & allergens tabs on the product page.
Please feel free to get in touch to discuss a specific food allergy or preference. We have a lot of experience here and are happy to guide you and cook something to suit you.
Can I customize my meals, increase my portion size or order something not on the menu?

What are the portion sizes?
On average 300g per person.
Packaging and Storage:
How is the food packaged?
Food is delivered frozen in disposable containers. The foil containers are air-fryer, microwave and oven-proof. Heating instructions are on the labels. Soups/broths/sauces are packaged in plastic tubs with lids.
How do I store and manage my frozen meals?
Keep frozen in freezer until ready to prep. For best results, defrost completely first and follow guidelines on the label. However, meals can be cooked directly from frozen too if time does not allow. Reheating leftovers is OK, refreezing is NOT OK.
Account and Login:
Do I need to create an account to order?
No, you do not have to have an account. If you have an account, your order history and payment details will be saved for your next purchase.
