Greek Lamb Youvetsi

Overview

A wonderful Greek dish comprising of braised lamb (off the bone) cooked together with tomato, cinnamon, herbs and fennel all married together with orzo pasta rice - a real melting pot of flavours all in one dish - topped off with crumbled Feta and Parsley - because 'everything is better with Feta'.

Ingredients

Lamb Cubes, Onion, Garlic, Tomato, Red Wine, Cinnamon, Paprika, Nutmeg, Bay Leaves, Fennel, Oregano, Orzo Pasta, Feta, Flat Leaf Parsley, Salt, Pepper

Heating Instructions

Defrost, remove lid. Heat at 150ºC for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with a Traditional Greek salad.
