Broccoli and Baby Marrow Red Rice is stir fried to perfection to add that delicious accompaniment to any of our wonderfully healthy meals. The red rice has a pleasant nutty taste with an earthy tone.

Broccoli, Baby Marrow, Red Rice, Coconut Oil, Mixed Herbs, Salt and Pepper

Heating Instructions

Defrost and heat (lid on) at 160ºC for 15-20 minutes or until heated through, stir occasionally.
