Quinoa; Chicken stock (Chicken bones, Black peppercorns, Bay leaves, Celery, Carrots, Onions, Cloves, Thyme); Carrots; Red pepper; Cherry tomatoes; Coconut oil; Mixed herbs; Basil pesto (Olive oil, Nuts, Parmesan cheese); Salt; Pepper

Keep frozen. Defrost before use.
Defrost and heat at 150ºC for 15-20 mins or until heated through.
