Cubes of tender chicken fillet stir-fried to perfection and tossed in a homemade chicken stock and a delectably sweet apricot glaze, paired with thick apricot slices.

Defrost and heat (lid on) at 160ºC for 20-30 minutes or until heated through, stir occasionally.
