Rustic Winter Bean Casserole
A healthy blend of vegetables, beans and tomato plus a secret ingredient spiced with cumin which all come together beautifully in a deep, rich and spicy sauce.
Beans: (Butter Beans, Cannellini Beans, Kidney Beans)
Sauce: (Onions, Garlic, Apples, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Curry Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Pepper, Mozzarella cheese)
Made in a kitchen that uses nuts.
Defrost and heat at 160ºC for 15-20 minutes or until heated through, stir occasionally.
Best served with rice and naan bread. (Try a little Chutney too!)
