Lamb Kofta Curry
A north Indian classic that delivers on deliciousness in quite literal spoonful’s. Our spiced lamb meatballs are cooked in a delectably creamy onion and cashew nut curry sauce that wont burn your socks off but definitely have you reaching back for more.
Lamb Mince, Egg, Bread Crumbs, Fresh Coriander
Onion, Sunflower Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds, Garam Masala, Fresh Chilli, Tomato Puree, Cashew Nuts, Sour Cream, Salt, Pepper
Eggs & Cashew Nuts.
Defrost and heat (lid on) at 160ºC for 20 - 30 minutes or until heated through, stir occasionally.
Best served with Basmati Rice or Cous Cous.
