Selection of fresh vegetables, oven roasted then slowly cooked in coconut cream and mild Oriental spices.

Onion, Carrot, Green been, Courgette, Cabbage, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cumin, Coriander, Turmeric, Paprika, Garam Masala, Coconut milk, Salt, Pepper.

Made in a kitchen that uses nuts and wheat (gluten)

Heating Instructions
Defrost and heat (lid on) at 160ºC for 15-20 minutes or until heated through, stir occasionally.

Serving Suggestion:
Best served with Jasmine rice or cous cous and a leafy green salad.
